Young Frankenstein The Musical by Mel Brooks at Billings Studio Theater

I am playing drums for Young Frankenstein The Musical by Mel Brooks at Billings Studio Theater.

Book by Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan
Music and Lyrics by Mel Brooks
Original Direction & Choreography by Susan Stroman

This monster musical comedy is derived from the twisted comedy genius of Mel Brooks as he adapts his legendarily funny film into a brilliant stage creation – Young Frankenstein! Grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, Frederick Frankenstein inherits his family’s estate in Transylvania. With the help of a hunchbacked sidekick, Igor, and a leggy lab assistant, Inga, Frederick finds himself in the mad scientist shoes of his ancestors. “It’s alive!” he exclaims as he brings to life a creature to rival his grandfather’s. Eventually, of course, the monster escapes and hilarity continuously abounds.

Young Frankenstein performs September 6, 7, 8*, 12, 13, 14, 15*, 19, 20, 21, 22*, 26, 27 & 28, 2019

Elf the Musical

Playing the drum set in the pit for Elf the Musical!

Book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin

Based upon the New Line Cinema film written by David Berenbaum

Buddy, a young orphan, mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. Buddy is raised, unaware that he is actually a human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. He journeys to New York City to find his birth father. Faced with the harsh realities that his father is on the naughty list and his half-brother doesn’t believe in Santa, Buddy is determined to win over his new family and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas.
