The Eric Richards Jazztet presents SUMMER SWING '22 - a set of two free jazz concerts for the Sheridan community. These concerts are presented through the generous support of the John B. and Dorothy D. Duncan Foundation along with Whitney Benefits and the Sheridan College Foundation.
The group will be performing a wide-ranging program of jazz to include original compositions, swing, funk, Brazilian music, standards from the Great American Songbook, and Dixieland. Trombonist/composer/arranger Eric Richards (Director of Bands & Jazz Studies at Sheridan College) leads this ensemble, which is comprised of some of the finest jazz musician-educators in Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado:
Mark Dorn, trumpet (Colorado Christian University)
Scott Jeppesen, saxophone (Montana State University Billings)
Craig Hall, guitar (Sheridan College/Bozeman MT)
Jayden Ostler, piano (Billings MT)
Bob Bowman, bass (Hebgen Lake, MT)
Roxanne Jeppesen, drums (Billings MT)
Rocio Gosende-Washburn, vocals (Sheridan College)
We hope you will join us!
